
Ingredients;
-1/2 cup almond meal
-1 1/2 tbsp shredded coconut
-3 tbsp natural peanut butter
-1 tbsp honey
-5 chopped dates
-30-40g of 85% dark chocolate, melted
Method;
- Place all ingredients besides the melted chocolate into a bowl.
- Mix until well combine.
- Roll mixture into bite sized balls of your choice.
- Roll in melted dark chocolate and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and enjoy!
