Snickers Bliss Balls – Addictive & Healthy


-1/2 cup almond meal

-1 1/2 tbsp shredded coconut

-3 tbsp natural peanut butter

-1 tbsp honey

-5 chopped dates

-30-40g of 85% dark chocolate, melted


  1. Place all ingredients besides the melted chocolate into a bowl.
  2. Mix until well combine.
  3. Roll mixture into bite sized balls of your choice.
  4. Roll in melted dark chocolate and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and enjoy!
