Raspberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats Recipe – Healthy & Delicious


-1/2 cup greek yoghurt/skyr

-1 cup of oats

-1 cup of milk (I use a milk and water combo)

-2 tbsp chia seeds

-1/2 cup of low fat cream cheese

-1 tsp vanilla essence

-1 tbsp lemon juice

-2 tbsp honey

-1 cup of raspberries

-Pinch of salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl or container. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place in the fridge overnight.
  3. The next day, serve into 2 bowls. I like to top mine with fresh berries, yoghurt and an almond crumble.
