
Ingredients;
-1 cup oats
-1 cup milk/water or combo
-2 tbsp chia seeds
-1 tsp honey/maple syrup
-1/2 cup greek yoghurt/skyr
-2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
-1 carrot, grated
-1 tbsp sultanas
-2 tbsp crushed walnuts/pecans
-1 tbsp cinnamon
-1/4 tsp ginger
-1/4 tsp nutmeg
Method;
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl or container.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Cover and store in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, serve into 2 bowls and top with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
