
Ingredients;
-1 cup oats
-1 cup milk/water
-1 tsp chia seeds
-1 tbsp ground ginger
-1.5 tbsp ground cinnamon
-1/2 tsp all spice
-1/4 tsp nutmeg
-1/4 tsp cardamom
-1/2 tsp ground cloves
-1 tsp honey/maple syrup
Method;
- In a small saucepan, bring the milk/water to the boil.
- Once boiling, lower heat and add the remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low heat, stirring every now and then until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Serve into two bowls and cover with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
