Gingerbread Oats Recipe

Ingredients;

-1 cup oats

-1 cup milk/water

-1 tsp chia seeds

-1 tbsp ground ginger

-1.5 tbsp ground cinnamon

-1/2 tsp all spice

-1/4 tsp nutmeg

-1/4 tsp cardamom

-1/2 tsp ground cloves

-1 tsp honey/maple syrup

Method;

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the milk/water to the boil.
  2. Once boiling, lower heat and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook on low heat, stirring every now and then until it reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Serve into two bowls and cover with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
