
Ingredients;
-1/3 cup of espresso strength coffee
-2 squares of 85% dark chocolate
-1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
-1 tsp honey
-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
-2 tsp chia seeds
-1 cup of milk
-1 cup of water
-1 cup oats
-sprinkle of salt
Method;
- Place water, milk and salt into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Lower heat to low and add in oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, cocoa powder, honey and coffee.
- Stir continuously until it starts to thicken. Add in dark chocolate and stir until all melted through.
- Once oatmeal has reached you desired consistency, serve into two bowls. Enjoy as is or add your favourite toppings!
