- 1 cup oats
- 1/3 cup of strong cold brew black coffee
- 2/3 cup of milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 serving vanilla or coffee protein powder (optional)
- Place all ingredients into a bowl or container and mix well.
- Store in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, serve into two bowls and add toppings if you wish. Enjoy!
