Banana Bread Energy Balls Recipe – Easy & Tasty


  • 1 medium ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup of quick oats or oat flour
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 tsp of cinnamon
  • sprinkle of salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I like almonds, pecans and walnuts)


  1. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Roll into approximately 10 energy balls.
  3. Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
