
Ingredients;
- 1 medium ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup of quick oats or oat flour
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1-2 tsp of cinnamon
- sprinkle of salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I like almonds, pecans and walnuts)
Method;
- Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Roll into approximately 10 energy balls.
- Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
