Peanut Sauce Recipe – Delicious & Healthy


  • 300g light coconut milk
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil


  1. In a frypan on low-medium heat, add all ingredients. Stir continuously until well combined and starting to bubble.
  2. Add in desired cooked meat and/or cooked veggies. Serve with rice and enjoy!
