
Ingredients;
- 300g light coconut milk
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Method;
- In a frypan on low-medium heat, add all ingredients. Stir continuously until well combined and starting to bubble.
- Add in desired cooked meat and/or cooked veggies. Serve with rice and enjoy!
