Cookie Dough Overnight Oats Recipe – Easy & Healthy


  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp dark choc chips
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl or container.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight.
  4. In the morning, divide into two bowls to serve. Serve with desired toppings. I used my cookie dough protein balls, fresh berries and greek yoghurt. Enjoy!
