
Ingredients;
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
- 2 tbsp dark choc chips
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method;
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl or container.
- Mix until well combined.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, divide into two bowls to serve. Serve with desired toppings. I used my cookie dough protein balls, fresh berries and greek yoghurt. Enjoy!
