
Ingredients;
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 cup of milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Method;
- Place all ingredients into a large bowl or container. Mix until well combined.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, serve into two portions. I like to top with pecans and greek yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
