Cookie Dough Protein Balls Recipe – Healthy & Simple

Ingredients;

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 20g vanilla protein powder
  • 30ml of nut butter (I used peanut)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 30ml milk
  • 1-2 tbsp of dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup/honey

Method;

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Once all ingredients are mixed well, roll into balls. The mixture should make around 6-8 protein balls depending on how big you want them.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and then enjoy!
