
Ingredients;
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 20g vanilla protein powder
- 30ml of nut butter (I used peanut)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 30ml milk
- 1-2 tbsp of dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp maple syrup/honey
Method;
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Once all ingredients are mixed well, roll into balls. The mixture should make around 6-8 protein balls depending on how big you want them.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and then enjoy!
