Thai Green Curry Sauce Recipe – Healthy & Simple

Ingredients;

  • 70g green curry paste
  • 300ml light coconut milk
  • 80ml of water
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method;

  1. In a frypan on medium heat, add curry paste and water. Cook until it starts to combine and heat through.
  2. Add in coconut milk, fish sauce and honey. Bring to the boil.
  3. Add in cooked chicken pieces, prawns, tofu and/or stir fried veggies.
  4. Serve with rice and enjoy!
