- 70g green curry paste
- 300ml light coconut milk
- 80ml of water
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- In a frypan on medium heat, add curry paste and water. Cook until it starts to combine and heat through.
- Add in coconut milk, fish sauce and honey. Bring to the boil.
- Add in cooked chicken pieces, prawns, tofu and/or stir fried veggies.
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
