Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats Recipe – Healthy & Delicious


  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of low fat cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup of chopped strawberries
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl or container.
  2. Stir and mix until well combined.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight.
  4. In the morning, serve. I like to top mine with fresh strawberries and an almond crumble. Enjoy!
