
Ingredients;
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 cup of milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of low fat cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup of chopped strawberries
- Pinch of salt
Method;
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl or container.
- Stir and mix until well combined.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, serve. I like to top mine with fresh strawberries and an almond crumble. Enjoy!
