Tahini Fig Bars Recipe – Healthy & Easy


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup of dark chocolate, melted


  1. Combine all ingredients besides the dark chocolate in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Press mixture in. Make sure its compacted and even.
  3. Cover with melted, dark chocolate and spread evenly. Refrigerate until set enough to cut (at least 1 hour). Cut into bars and enjoy. Store extras in the fridge.
