
Ingredients;
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup of dark chocolate, melted
Method;
- Combine all ingredients besides the dark chocolate in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Press mixture in. Make sure its compacted and even.
- Cover with melted, dark chocolate and spread evenly. Refrigerate until set enough to cut (at least 1 hour). Cut into bars and enjoy. Store extras in the fridge.
