- 3/4 cup of plain greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp lime or lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt & pepper to taste
- Optional- add a small squirt of mustard for a tang or of sirarcha for spice
- Place all ingredients into a small bowl. Mix until well combine.
- Place in fridge for at least 30mins-1 hour before serving.
- I like using red cabbage, shredded or julienne carrots, cucumber, & capsicum, thinly sliced red onion and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
