Healthy Coleslaw Dressing Recipe


  • 3/4 cup of plain greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional- add a small squirt of mustard for a tang or of sirarcha for spice


  1. Place all ingredients into a small bowl. Mix until well combine.
  2. Place in fridge for at least 30mins-1 hour before serving.
  3. I like using red cabbage, shredded or julienne carrots, cucumber, & capsicum, thinly sliced red onion and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
