30 Minute HIIT Cardio Circuit Workout- Minimal Equipment

All you need for this workout is a step, bench or sturdy chair, a skipping rope and a timer (I use my iPhone)

*Set your timer for 30minutes and repeat these exercises as many times as you can. This workout will leave you sweaty and exhausted! Dare to challenge yourself? I completed 6 rounds, see how many you can do!

Circuit;

  1. Mountain climbers x 40 reps
  2. Step ups x 40 reps (20 per leg)
  3. In and out leg jumps x 40 reps
  4. Snap jumps x 20 reps
  5. Skipping x 40 reps
  6. Alternating toe taps on bench x 40 reps (20 per leg)
  7. Tuck jumps x 20 reps
  8. Step ups x 40 reps (20 per leg)
