
All you need for this workout is a step, bench or sturdy chair, a skipping rope and a timer (I use my iPhone)

Circuit;
- Mountain climbers x 40 reps
- Step ups x 40 reps (20 per leg)
- In and out leg jumps x 40 reps
- Snap jumps x 20 reps
- Skipping x 40 reps
- Alternating toe taps on bench x 40 reps (20 per leg)
- Tuck jumps x 20 reps
- Step ups x 40 reps (20 per leg)
