Chia Pudding Recipe – Easy & Minimal Ingredients


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence


  1. Mix all ingredients in a small jar, cup, container or bowl.
  2. Once mixed, set aside and leave for 2-3 mins. Then give it another stir to ensure ingredients stay mixed and don’t settle to the bottom.
  3. Refrigerate for at least a few hours, best to leave overnight.
  4. Serve and enjoy with your choice of toppings!
