- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- Mix all ingredients in a small jar, cup, container or bowl.
- Once mixed, set aside and leave for 2-3 mins. Then give it another stir to ensure ingredients stay mixed and don’t settle to the bottom.
- Refrigerate for at least a few hours, best to leave overnight.
- Serve and enjoy with your choice of toppings!
