Tzatziki Sauce Recipe-Healthy & Simple


  • 200g of greek style yoghurt
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, grated with skin on
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dill
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. The longer the better so the flavours combine and it thickens.
  3. Serve with pita bread, fries or grilled meat.
