- 200g of greek style yoghurt
- 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, grated with skin on
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dill
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. The longer the better so the flavours combine and it thickens.
- Serve with pita bread, fries or grilled meat.
