Choc Oat Slice-Healthy, No Bake

Ingredients;

  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil or coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of quick oats

Method;

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Line a pan or container with baking paper. Place mixture into the pan and press down and flatten.
  3. Freeze until it is firm enough to cut. Cut into small squares.
  4. Enjoy! Store any leftovers in the freezing.
