
Ingredients;
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of olive oil or coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups of quick oats
Method;
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Line a pan or container with baking paper. Place mixture into the pan and press down and flatten.
- Freeze until it is firm enough to cut. Cut into small squares.
- Enjoy! Store any leftovers in the freezing.
